In total, the East Junction Condos development is currently projected to consist of 339 units, including condominiums as well as townhouses. These units will be spread over a pair of tasteful modern high-rises, with the first tower slated to occupy the site’s southeast corner.
In the first tower, a high-rise element will ascend from a podium base, which will house a lobby and reception area as well as retail and commercial space with frontages onto the adjacent street. Townhouse residential units will also populate the tower’s ground level. Architectural renderings indicate the podium base will include creative brickwork, using patterned masonry to create horizontal and vertical demarcations to separate the lower-level element into several box-shaped segments, boosting its visual appeal.
The second tower will be built on the southwest portion of the site, and will feature an L-shaped design. Visually, it will be similar to the first tower, but it will also include professionally landscaped gardens and public walkways meant to improve and beautify the immediate area.
The developers have not yet released detailed floorplan or layout information, nor has the total number of ground-level townhouse units been confirmed.

include a multi-level underground parking facility with ample space for both residents and guests.

There is excellent cycling infrastructure on nearby roads, and the relatively flat grading profile of the surrounding area makes for easy riding.
